In Fayetteville, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across North Carolina, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Fayetteville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Received refills there a few times because it’s closer plus it actually gives it as an option in MHS Genesis when selecting refill locations. I then received an unpleasant call from someone in pharmacy advising me I can’t receive them there which is fine but her delivery was horrible and she even accused me of being told before which was FALSE!! They should utilize their time better with training how to be more pleasant instead of nice-nasty ;)

If you have all day to spend on an appointment then this is the spot for you. If you have an appointment plan to be here for a few hours waiting. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of providers or a scheduling issue.

The front desk staff either needs more staff or them to actually be present at the desk. I can call all day and never get a live person go in and there is no line waiting and they are just there not answering the calls. I have actually called while sitting in the lobby to test the theory and no one answered but they calle my number. This should not be an every day occurrence yet it is. Also the switching of providers when your pcm is still there is absurd. No one wants to keep re explaining their concerns when they had a great relationship with their previous provider

I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to schedule an appointment, only to finally reach someone who told me I needed to call a different number and start the process all over again. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. If there was another department that handled scheduling, I should have been transferred directly rather than being asked to call back after waiting nearly an hour. There has to be a better system in place for patients' time.

Went for postpartum care to seek help for postpartum depression. Waited almost two hours after my scheduled appointment for the dr to disregard my concerns and tell me to get more sleep. Another separate visit I waited almost an hour for bloodwork then I was told I had to go across town to Womack directly for a panel submitted after they drew almost four tubes of blood. At Womack I was told the bloodwork could have been done at the clinic at the same time. The nurses at Womack urged me to submit a complaint.
